The firm has provided representation to insurance companies and their insureds throughout its more than one-hundred year history. Clients of the firm include two of the nation’s largest general liability insurance companies. The firm counsels and litigates on behalf of clients in a wide variety of insurance-related matters, including:

The firm has also represented insurance companies in connection with premium fraud issues in the workers compensation area, recovering millions of dollars in unpaid workers compensation premiums on behalf of several insurers, underwriters, and insurance pools.
