Joshua B. Lawhead

Mr. Lawhead’s practice is focused on real estate transactions and commercial leases. He frequently represents clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, the formation of condominium regimes, constructions loans, and in the negotiation of industrial, office and retail leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Mr. Lawhead also represents entities involved in the brewpub and microbrewery industries. Mr. Lawhead is an approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company (formerly Chicago Title and Lawyers Title). Mr. Lawhead joined Burch Porter in 2001, and has been a Member of the firm since 2005.
