Wiles Selected to 2007 Class of Leadership Germantown

Debra A. Wiles, an associate in Burch Porter’s corporate transactions practice group, has been selected to participate in the 2007 Class of Leadership Germantown. Leadership Germantown is a program for current and emerging leaders in the Germantown community. Participants are selected from among persons who have been identified as having the ability to impact the future of Germantown, and include a wide variety of business people and professionals in various fields. At the firm, Ms. Wiles represents clients in connection with various transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities and real estate matters.
