Malone To Speak at Program on Tennessee Land Law for Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors

Allen Malone will make a presentation on federal and state law regarding site contamination at a program on land law for civil engineers and surveyors in Memphis on January 31, 2008. Mr. Malone’s address will cover topics including the accommodation of existing soil and water contamination and the use of environmental site assessments.

Mr. Malone began his law practice in 1969 and has been a partner at Burch Porter since 2000. His practice is divided between general representation of corporate clients and environmental litigation and compliance issues, primarily related to CERCLA, RCRA and corresponding state statutes.
