Nicole D. Blanchard focuses her legal practice on commercial and business litigation, civil rights, labor and employment law, and arbitration. She brings an athlete’s mentality to the practice of law — she’s always up for a challenge, enjoys collaborating as a team, and constantly looks for ways to improve to better serve our clients.

Ms. Blanchard is a native of Michigan who adopted Tennessee as her home when she went to Lee University in East Tennessee, where she graduated cum laude in 2018. She went on to the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where she was active in the Moot Court program, served as Articles Editor of the Law Review, and won several Dean’s Awards for Excellence before graduating magna cum laude in 2022. Ms. Blanchard was a summer intern at BPJ in 2020 and 2021, and served pro bono in the Eviction Settlement program for tenants facing eviction due to COVID-19-related hardships in 2020.
