The law firm of Burch, Porter & Johnson, PLLC is pleased to announce that William A. (Andy) Jones has become a member of the firm, effective January 1, 2016.
Mr. Jones’ practice focuses on taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals and trusts and estates. His expertise includes tax structuring and advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he was a shareholder with Rosen Harwood in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Mr. Jones received his Masters of Law in Taxation in 2001 from New York University, his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Alabama, and his Master of Public Administration in 1997 and B.S. in 1995 from Auburn University at Montgomery.
Mr. Jones currently serves on the Board of Directors for Orion Federal Credit Union and is a member of Executive Council for the Corporate Counsel Law Section of the Memphis Bar Association.
