BPJ Member Jennifer Hagerman has been named Chair of the Board of Professional Responsibility by the Tennessee Supreme Court.

She has served on the board since 2020, most recently as Vice-Chair. The board is charged with supervising the ethical conduct of attorneys across the state and provides information about the judicial system and legal disciplinary processes.

“I am honored to continue to serve Tennessee’s citizens by helping ensure that lawyers across the state uphold the highest ethical standards,” Hagerman said.

Hagerman’s practice at BPJ focuses on labor and employment litigation and counsel as well as complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on matters pending in federal court. She also conducts internal investigations and advises clients on a variety of employment matters.

Congratulations, Jennifer, on this important appointment.
