Khayla M. Jennings practice focuses on taxation, corporate and business law and estate planning and probate. Khayla previously served as a General Attorney, Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Houston, Texas where she represented the IRS in hearings before the United States Tax Court, conducted settlement negotiations and provided legal assistance to IRS examiners. Khayla earned her law degree at the University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, a Master of Laws in Taxation at Northwestern University, Pritzker School of Law, and her B.S. in Education at the University of Memphis.
