Beth Weems Bradley

Member

Beth Weems Bradley began her practice at the firm in 1987 and became a member in 1996. Her practice is focused on probate matters, including estate planning, the administration of both complex and simple estates and trusts, and addressing the needs of the disabled through guardianships and conservatorships. Ms. Bradley has frequently been appointed by Courts as guardian ad litem to make reports and recommendations regarding the best interests of disabled individuals and minors. She has also served as substitute judge. Ms. Bradley lectures frequently for the National Business Institute, the Memphis Bar Association, and other organizations on probate-related matters. She has served as the Section Representative for the Wills & Probate Section of the Memphis Bar Association. She was one of six local attorneys selected by the Probate Court Judges to re-write the Local Rules for the Probate Court of Shelby County, Tennessee.
