Nicholas Barnhart joined Burch, Porter & Johnson in September 2026. Nick is a 2024 graduate of the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and as a Summer Associate at BPJ. Following law school, he clerked for Tennessee Supreme Court Justice, Holly Kirby and Mary Wagner. His practice includes commercial and business litigation and intellectual property, information technology and media law.
