BPJ Hosts Reception for Newest Member Melisa Moore

Burch, Porter & Johnson was happy to welcome Melisa Moore as a new Member of the firm at a reception Thursday night, April 19, 2018. Managing Member Nathan Bicks led a toast to Moore, whose practice focuses on insurance defense, workers’ compensation, personal injury, Section 1983 Civil Rights litigation, and commercial and business litigation. “If you know me, you know that I am not a risk-taker, and I research everything,” Moore said of her decision to accept the BPJ partnership. “Tonight I am grateful. Grateful for everyone who ever encouraged me, grateful for your stories.” Moore, a Memphis native, joined the firm in 2011 as an Associate, and is a graduate of the University of Memphis Law School, UT-Martin, and Trezevant High School.
