Sarah E. Smith has joined the firm as an Associate.

Most recently, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Bernice B. Donald, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and to the Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Smith graduated from Rhodes College, where she was a Bonner Scholar and studied history, and from the University of Memphis Law School, where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review and worked with the criminal justice reform organization Just City to launch the Memphis and Nashville Community Bail Fund program in 2016.

Her hobbies include reading fiction, travel, cooking, and cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies.
