BPJ Partner Jennifer Hagerman has been appointed by the Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee to the position of Vice-Chair of the Board of Professional Responsibility for 2022. That board, administered by the state Supreme Court, is charged with supervising the ethical conduct of attorneys. It also provides information about the judicial system and legal disciplinary processes.

“It’s an honor to be asked to help ensure that lawyers across the state uphold the highest ethical standards,” Hagerman said. “Tennessee citizens deserve nothing less.”

She has served on the board since 2020 as a member.

Hagerman’s practice at BPJ focuses on labor and employment litigation and counsel as well as complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on matters pending in federal court. She also conducts internal investigations and advises clients on a variety of employment matters.
