Thomas E. Fridy Joins Burch, Porter and Johnson, PLLC 

Burch, Porter & Johnson, PLLC is pleased to announce that Thomas E. Fridy has joined the firm in our Transactional practice. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and commercial real estate transactions.

When asked what he looks forward to in joining BPJ, Mr. Fridy shared, “I was drawn to Burch, Porter & Johnson because of the firm’s strong transactional practice, its long‑standing reputation, and its deep, generational roots in Memphis. Mr. Fridy graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, where he played varsity basketball. After receiving an M.S. in Sport and Leisure Commerce from the University of Memphis, Mr. Fridy worked as an Account Executive for the Memphis Grizzlies and then earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Before joining Burch Porter, he served as a transactional associate for another Memphis firm.
