Christofer N. Brown joined Burch, Porter and Johnson, PLLC in 2026. His practice focuses on general civil litigation. Before attending law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Chris earned his B.A. in Political Science and Minor in English Literature at the University of Mississippi, having been named to the Chancellor’s List for consecutive years. While attending Ole Miss, Chris participated in the RC South Leadership Cabinet, ASB Freshman Council and was a four-year member of the Wind Ensemble and the Pride of the South marching band. While in law school, Chris participated in the Moot Court Board, Federal Bar Association, the Black Law Student Association, and Memphis Law Public Action Law Society. A former Summer Associate at Burch, Porter and Johnson, PLLC, Chris gained previous legal experience as a legal intern for various law firms and practices throughout the Mid-South.
