LeeAnne Cox’s practice includes extensive bank lending representation, including asset-based, commercial real estate and acquisition financing, with loan amounts totaling over $1 billion. Ms. Cox also has extensive commercial real estate experience including office, retail, industrial, residential subdivision, multi-family and condominium developments, government-assisted projects, the creation of horizontal property regimes, hotel and resort development and management, and hunting and wildlife land development, including advice and assistance regarding techniques and methods for land conservation. Her real estate acquisition and finance experience includes representation of both developers and lenders in all facets of real estate transactions.

Ms. Cox also represents a variety of borrowers and lenders including local and regional banks and a national bank, in various federal banking regulatory matters and secured financings. Ms. Cox’s other practice areas include a wide range of general corporate and business transaction experience. Ms. Cox began her practice at the firm in 1987 and has been a member since 1995.
