Thomas E. Fridy joined the Transactional practice group of Burch, Porter and Johnson in April 2026. His practice includes mergers & acquisitions, regulatory and operational support. In addition, he also supports clients in the development, leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and lending.  Mr. Fridy graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, where he played varsity basketball. After receiving his M.S. in Sport and Leisure Commerce from the University of Memphis, Mr. Fridy worked as an Account Executive for the Memphis Grizzlies. Thomas graduated with his J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
